| Client: Motorola Project: KRZR Human Digital Assistant Description: The brief from Motorola was to produce a ‘novel’ application that would quickly and intuitively help owners of the KRZR mobile phones get up to speed with the new handset. It required showing key features of the phone and ‘how-to-dos’. With the use of a female Human Digital Assistant called ‘Moto’, the satellite website was able to convey the simplicity of the phone with incisive tutorials lead by the HDA, that users found particular easy to follow. Continuing on from the success of the site, E-magine we engaged to develop further applications for Motorola including an ‘on-handset’ tutorial app again using the HDA. Further work included a Russian-speaking HDA presentation for the launch of the first Motorola shop in Moscow. Whilst challenging working with the Russian language, with the assistant of a partner-company, the HDA spoke fluent Russian and was an impressive success. |
