Human Digital Assistant - 3D human avatar The Human Digital Assistant is a 3D computer generated human character system capable of delivering lip-synchronised speech and movement. The HDA provides companies with a unique way of communicating with their clients – it literally does the talking for you. The HDA has a multitude of uses and has been developed to fit any environment from training CD-ROMs to tour guide kiosks and web sites. The HDA is an incredibly engaging tool for imparting information. Used on exhibitions stands or kiosks, it can generate crowds of interested people. The very nature of human conversation shows that when a person is talking, other people will listen. The same is true with the VHA – people are engaged by it, and the retention rate of information is much higher than any other form of delivery. Adaptability: A bespoke HDA can be adapted for any situation and has the ability to be multi-lingual. Any age, sex, race, or language can be incorporated into the system and the output can be tailored to match any corporate identity. It can be rendered in many styles, from photo-realistic to cartoon, even styles such as pencil drawing. The HDA’s features and clothing can be adapted to suit requirements. Each HDA can have any hairstyle, colour, and clothing type. Facial expression is also adaptable, conveying any human emotion. Why should a company use a HDA? The HDA is always available 24/7, always polite and smartly attired, can speak any number of languages, gives accurate answers, and is fully updateable. As the representative of a company, it portrays a very professional image, never gets tired, and certainly never says the wrong thing. Updateable: The HDA, when installed in a situation, has the ability to self-update itself via an Internet connection. It can be set to check for updates at any period of time, from every minute to once a month. If new content is available, it simply overwrites itself and then displays the latest version. Delivery platforms: The HDA can be delivered in a multitude of ways. It can be used on web sites, CD-ROMs, DVDs, exhibition stands (Plasma/TFT or projector screens), installation kiosks and even mobile phone/PDAs. The HDA can be scaled to any size from tiny LCD screens to full human size. |
